- Poster Paints- £4.00
We decided to use poster paints as thought this would be safer and easier to clean up than acrylic. Therefore, this meant the paint was cheaper as I only paid £1.00 a bottle.
- Chalk- £3.00
We had planned to use powdered paint pigment, however finding this in shops was difficult and to order online would have been too long a wait, as well as it being very expensive. As an alternative I decided to buy three packs of 15 jumbo chalks and crush them to make a fine powder. This gave the same effect, the colours worked well, and again worked out a lot cheaper.
We wanted to have a plain white background for some of the shots, so I found some white material from the charity shop.
OVERALL THE COST OF THE MATERIALS WAS KEPT QUITE LOW, YET THEY STILL WORKED WELL FOR WHAT WE NEEDED. IN TOTAL IT CAME TO £8.50, SO ONLY £1.70 EACH.
